An Introduction to Melia
I'm an experienced leader and educator with over ten years of experience tutoring, substitute teaching and student teaching as part of my educational program with over five years of experience training new crew members about their roles in the fast food industry as an assistant manager. My areas of expertise center on Spanish with certification to teach this subject area and English language arts driven by a thorough development of critical thinking skills coming from my long-term tenure as a student (almost 20 years).

The following outlines the different services available at Empowering All Learning. The free consultation session for all clients will be utilized to pair a client with the service that best matches their specific academic goals, situation and needs. Because of varying time committments and the credientials held for different tasks; the pricepoint will not be the same for all of them. This price will be negotiated with you during the consultation session considering several factors.
What to Expect
The Typical Program Flow

Consultation Session
First, we'll meet at no charge. This offers an opportunity for you to learn about myself as an educator and for myself to gain an initial understanding about your child's unique leraning goals and needs to guide our selection of services and by understanding your unique situation to negotiate an appropriate pricepoint for services.

Development of Preliminary Lesson Plan for Services
I will utilize the information gained from our first meeting and collaborate with you to develop a lesson plan aimed to facilitate the child's unique learning goals. reaching out to you to gain insight for this process. We will have a final meeting to discuss the proposed lesson plan to reach an agreement on the lesson plan before moving forward with services.

Targeted Services
For clients entering services aimed to aid students struggling with specific subject areas the plan will be implemented after an agreement is reached. Changes will be made as needed based on observations to the client's learning performance to improve learning results.
Scheduling of tutoring sessions will be based on a mutual understanding of availability and in a setting of the preferred medium chosen by the client.

Non-Developmental Services
One-time services will not follow this structure and are considered per diem in their structure, including homework assistance. Extracurricular activities are non-binary and can be per diem or structured like developmental services based on the client's needs.
